Do you offer professional photography or video services as well?

Not at this time, possibly in the future. However, I can refer you to other photographers and videographers if you need one.

What area's do you serve?

We serve any location within 25 miles of Downtown Houston included in our normal prices. A $25 travel fee applies to properties beyond 25 miles from Downtown. A $50 travel fee applies to properties beyond 40 miles from Downtown. We do not serve areas that are beyond 50 miles from Downtown Houston (some execeptions can be made for a higher price). Do you have Supra access?

Yes. Randy has Supra access to any home on a Supra lockbox.

How do you accept payments and is it secure?

All payments are processed online through our payment processor Square. Square is SSL encripted and has the most stringent level of secured certification available in the payments industry. They are trusted by many large and small businesses. You've very likely already submited payments through them at resturants, food trucks, and retailers.

How are you different from the competition?

We strive on providing excellent quality service at an afforable straight-forward price. Unlike many of our competitors, we do not charge you based on the precise square footage of the home. Plus, we offer instant online calender booking for quick & easy scheduling. Additionally, our Virtual Tours have the ability to add Lead Capture Forms and Live Video Open House features that our competitors simply don't have.

What is your cancelation policy?

You will get a full refund if canceled 24 hours or more in advance. If canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled event, you will be charged a $25 cancelation fee and the remaining balance will be refunded within 3 business days to the credit card used. If we arrive at the appointment and we are unable to gain access, you will be charged a $35 trip fee and the remaining balance will be refunded within 3 business days to the credit card used.

Is the exterior of the home also included in your Virtual Tours?

Yes, but not always. We provide complimentary scaning of the front and back exterior, however, exterior scans are weather permiting. If the weather is not great during the time of the shoot, then it will be interior scans only.

Do you scan inside the garage?

No, unless otherwise noted in your online booking form. If you do want the interior garage, we can do it free of charge, however, it must be noted in your booking form.

Can I reschedule an existing shoot with you?

If you need to reschedule your shoot and you give us at least 24 hour advance notice, then yes, you may reschedule at no extra charge. The new rescheduled date must be no longer than 21 days from today's date. If longer than 21 days, you will simply be given a full refund and you will have to book a new shoot with us whenever you are ready.

How long is my Virtual Tour hosted for?

For our residential tours, we give 90 days of free hosting on all of our residential Virtual Tours ,or, until your listing is sold. Whichever happens first. After 90 days of free hosting, we can extend hosting at $30 per tour for an additional 90 days, at your request, to cover our hosting fee's. We will notify you via email several days before your tour expires.

Do you scan closets and pantries?

Yes, but only the master walk-in closet and large walk-in pantries.

Do you also shoot commerical properties?
